At Brookland Yoga, we are passionate about sharing the practice of yoga and mindfulness with the local community, and offer opportunities to meet new friends and to discover how yoga can benefit the mind, body and spirit. Our classes are designed to be fun and relaxing, and accessible for all levels, from beginners to more experienced yogis.
We partner with local businesses who share our ideals about building the yoga community, and together we provide unique spaces for our students to practice yoga and discover new parts of the neighborhood.
